The system will do away with the need for physically marking attendance through biometric machines or on paper sheets, while also preventing people from crowding around attendance machines.
A database of employees containing their photograph with personal details would be prepared. A camera would capture the face image of a person walking in or out of an office complex, which would be marked with a time stamp and a specially developed software would then collate it with the database and prepare a record of entry and exit and link it with the organizations internal computer network.
Face recognition is a very important aspect to distinguish between friend and foe. There is no automated face recognition system existing in India to recognize enemy face in real time.
Neptune can develop facial recognition system to track criminals. It has been linked with the National Crime and Criminal Tracking System that contains a national database of all police and court cases across the country.
COVID-19 pandemic has presently made it unsafe to use contact based biometric verification for attendance marking systems. To circumvent this problem, Neptune Systems has successfully developed AI-based Attendance Application (AINA) which allows non-contact based personnel verification using facial features of the person captured with the help of a low-cost camera.
AINA can be deployed with minimal upgradation to the legacy attendance infrastructure with RFID readers. It can be installed on a normal desktop computer with a GPU based display adapter.
Existing CCTV cameras can be utilized for capturing facial images. It is fully secure. Since only the facial features are saved in an encoded form, the actual face images need not be saved, thereby ensuring privacy and security.
Also, the server storing the facial feature database is confined to the organization premises. AINA has a light-weight installation process. AINA comes with a very intuitive and user-friendly GUI with audio prompts which can be optionally disabled.

The installation of these scanners at the entrances of institutions and commercial establishments like offices, shops, clinics and also the entrances of societies and households will play a crucial role.
As the workflow begins post the lifting of the lockdown, workplaces are bound to be subjected to an inflow of employees, vendors, customers, laborers, etc. The scanner will not only detect a person with high fever at the entrance of a premise, but also restrict their entry through its relay output, which is used to control the entire automated door to allow/disallow people based on their health condition. The installation of this device can safeguard public places like malls, public transport like flights, buses, trains, cabs from spreading the virus, by disallowing the infected persons to board. It can be adopted by residential societies, as well as households, for detecting visitors.
The conventional IR thermal sensing handheld device (currently being imported from China) is supposed to be held against the forehead of a person and needs manual operation. As the person reading the temperature has to come in close proximity to the scanned person, they could also be at high risk of contracting the virus. Our System, once installed at the entrance or outside the door, uses an IR thermal sensor to detect the body temperature of a person.
The system could be set up such that the door would not open if the temperature recorded was over a certain degreeNeptune Systems advanced facial recognition based time and attendance system embedded with temperature recording and IoT sensor doors to enable organizations to move towards a contact-free attendance system in the wake of the Covid-19 outbreak.
Neptune Systems unveiled an advanced facial recognition-based system that can not only record time and attendance but is also embedded with temperature recording and IoT sensor doors to enable companies to move towards a Touch-less attendance and workplace access.
The device drew upon its own facial recognition-based attendance system combined it with a thermal imaging device for temperature measurement as well as other associated software. This enables organizations to track staff or visitors with high temperatures that may indicate infection and build in operating procedures to avoid further contaminations caused by finger/thumb based biometric scanners.

Smart Stick can help detect obstacles above knee level and more importantly help navigate around large building.
The Smart Stick also has an obstacle detection unit, a voice-cont roller unit & a sensory feedback unit. A speaker built into the cane will guide users through voice command to go straight or turn when ever required. It can also vibrate if it senses an obstacle on path through ultra sonic sensor.
Object Detection
In this using the camera mounted on the unit , every object is processed using the image processing technique and through the handset(speaker or headset),the information about the object is passed to the blind using the handset.
SOS Feature
This consist of panic button of two kind, a button with cross symbol ( X ) and a button with circle button. If the cross button is pressed, it will alert that medical emergency to the local guardian and to the hospital (hospital in smart cities are working on alert type medical emergency)with the live location as well.
If the circle button ( O ) is pressed, it will alert the local guardian where the threat is of other type and not about medical.
Call feature
Through this blind person can communicate to the predefined phone numbers through the keypad available in the stick. This is similar to the Speed dial assigned in earlier keypad mobile phone.
Locating the Stick:(optional design)
This is to find the stick when kept at a distance from the blind stick. This will generate a sound so that they can navigate to the blind stick as well through the transmitter they have in hand. Similar to car unlocking through remote.
